Blanched Broccoli with 'Tahini' Mayo

1 Medium size broccoli cut into large chunks 
1 cup of water 
1 pinch sea salt
Blanched the Brocoli with a pinch of salt al dente and serve the chunks hot

For the Tahini Mayo you need:
2 tablespoon white tahini 
2 tablespoon fresh lemon juice 
2 tablespoon Alcohol free mirin 
¼ teaspoon sea salt

Mix the ingredients, slowly adding the liquid to the Tahini. Add a little water until you get the right thickness. Pour the Mayo aver the broccoli before serving.
