“Alexandre was born in Paris in 1970 and brought up in Brest from the age of two. His parents were already health conscious at the time. His mother became Macrobiotic from 1983 when he was 13, but most of the family stood for the traditional French way of eating. Alexandre went to a catering school in France in Paimpol in 1989 for one year, then to Westminster Catering College in London for three years. It was only from 2000, when Alexandre was thirty years old, that he took his health in his hands and followed a Macrobiotic diet. He went to various seminars and cooking classes in Holland and the UK. From that day, he started eating more vegetables, pulses, sea vegetables, a lot of brown rice and miso soups and more. What mainly came off his diet were dairy products, meat, fish, eggs and refined sugars. From November 2009, Alexandre went to his first Seminar in Frome, Somerset with Serge Benhayon “Everything is energy and therefore, everything is because of energy”. During the Seminar Serge did some group exercises on how to feel energies and how to deal with them, the difference between Love and Prana, Spirit and Soul, harmony and disharmony! How to feel and listen to your body more, and how important it is to respect it. “Everything we do, think or say affects the world around us including ourselves.” As for the cooking, the main ingredient is LOVE and the ingredients to be avoided are GLUTEN, DAIRY, ALCOHOL, SUGAR, FERMENTED PRODUCTS and CAFEIN. From this, Alexandre will combine his culinary experience and Love to create the most delicious dishes adapted to your needs.
