Ingredients for 12 muffins:

160 grs Gluten free Flour blend “Doves Farm”(tapioca, potato, brown rice)
160 grs Quinoa Flour or 80/80 quinoa buckwheat
50grs desiccated coconut
6grs Baking Powder
1 tsp vanilla essence
½ tsp salt
2 gratted pears with the skin
80 ml Olive oil
140ml Fructose syrup

Raspberry/blueberry Muffins

160 grs Gluten free Flour blend “Doves Farm”(tapioca, potato, brown rice)160 grs Gluten free Flour blend “Doves Farm”(tapioca, potato, brown rice)
100grs Ground almonds (home ground)
160 grs Quinoa Flour
6grs Baking Powder
½ tsp salt
1 tsp cinamon powder
½ tsp ground nutmeg
1 tsp of Almond esence
2 gratted apples with the skin
80 ml Olive oil
140ml Fructose syrup

Mix the dry ingredients together then mix the wet ones then the wet and the dry ones. Pour into muffin cases.
Bake in the oven at 170° C for 30-40 mins
